Steps
Sequence Step
1Beat together butter and sugar until light and flufy. Add combined flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and dry milk; mix well. Stir in oats.
2Press half of the crumbv mixture into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Spread with applesauce and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
3Bake in a preheated 400 degree ovenfor 30 minutes, until golden brown.
