1yeast to apple sauce and 1/4 cup of warm water and set aside to get foamy. combine dry ingredients with wet and knead for 10 min. set aside to rise for 60 min. after 1st rise punch down, shape loaf and let rise again for 60 min. bake at 375 for 15 min and then turn the oven down to 350 and bake for another 20 min hollow sounding.
