Sequence Step
1Saute onion and peppers in olive oil. Set aside to cool. Mix ground beef and all other ingredients together. Add the cooled onions and peppers to the ground beef mixture. Pat in a rectangular loaf pan. Cook at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes or until center of meatloaf is at 160 degrees. Let meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes. ENJOY!
