1cook rice as directed
2Slice veggies and cut broccoli into bite size pieces
3heat large fry pan, add veggies, garlic and a little water to saute in
4saute for 10 mins or until veggies are brightly colored
5add bragg liquid aminos
6serve veggies over a bed of rice. top with chopped peanuts
