Sequence Step
1Mix dry ingredients (not the fruit) in a large bowl. Add oil, honey, agave and just enough water to moisten ingredients. Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet or cake pan in thin layer. Bake at 250 degrees until golden brown, occasionally turning with spatula. Cool and stir in fruit. Keep in airtight container. Experiment with other dry ingredients for more interesting flavors. For example, try dried cranberries or cherries and almonds instead of raisins, dates and walnuts. Add some flaked coconut, vanilla or cinnamon. Try other dry fruits and vary your combinations. Try your granola with yogurt and fruit. Have fun!
