Mix all of the ingredients plus half of the flour in mixer. Change to dough hook. Keep mixing while adding the rest of the flour one half cup at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead on lowest setting ten minutes. Oil 4 loaf pans. Divide and shape dough, place in pans to rise covered with a wet cheese cloth towel. After it rises one inch above the pan, preheat oven to 400 degrees f. Put loaves in oven and turn temerature down to 350 degrees f. Bake at 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
