Steps
Sequence Step
1Directions Mix Milk and lemon juice, let stand for 5 minutes. Mix 10 Grain Cereal and milk mixture; allow to stand for 10 minutes while preheating oven and assembling other ingredients; mix sugar, olive oil, and egg whites together. Add dry ingredients and milk mixture. Stir only until mixed. Add Blueberries. Spoon into greased muffin pan or lined muffin cups. Sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins
