Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
2Oil the loaf pans
3Mix 1 TB ground flaxseed with 3 TB water. Let sit for several minutes (simulates egg)
4Mix together all ingredients (including ground flaxseed/water mixture) except baking powder, raisins, and walnuts. Stir well.
5Add baking powder and stir well for 30 seconds.
6Pour mixture into greased loaf pan(s).
7Add Raisins and walnuts. Mix well.
8Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, or until a knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
9Eat a thick slice daily for cholesterol lowering.
