In a large bowl put flour and Crisco. Use a patry cutter to blend until small crumbly mix.

Add salt and blend.

Break egg into a one cupmeasure, add vinegar, beat slightly, and then add 1/2 cup ice cold water. Blend

Gradually add water and mix into flour mix with a dinner fork.

When blended, use your hands to make a ball.

Chill for an hour or more.
