Cut Kielbasa into 1 1/4" slices, cook in skillet with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 2 cloves of garlic. Cook about 5-8 minutes. In a pot, boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain, add to skillet. Add 1 cup of peas to skillet, cook for 10 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and sprinkle with 1/2 c of parmesan cheese.
