cups, shreddedshredded cheddar cheese
Steps
Sequence Step
2Mix all other ingedients, EXCEPT FOR CHEEDAR, in a blender or food processor until smooth.
3Pour mix into mixing bowl.
4Stir in bacon.
5Stir in cheddar.
6Scoop mixutre into a muffin tin that has been sprayed w/ non-stick cooking spray. (approx 1/3 cup per muffin cup)
7Bake on 325 for 25 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
