Preheat oven 325. Lightly butter and flour pan.

Sift cake flour and spoon 3 cups into a bowl, set aside

Combine sugar and butter, beat until creamy. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add either vanilla or use 1 teaspoon orange oil (candy oil)

Add whipping cream and flour alternately beginning with flour beat well pour into prepared pan.

Bake 1 hour 15 minutes and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes until a long tester placed in the center of cake tests done. Cool 15 minutes
