Mix all ingredients together until free of lumps.

Heat up frying pan and coat with butter.

Reduce heat and pour approximately one-third cup of batter in center and tilt to cover entire bottom.

When small bubbles form and bottom begins to brown flip and cook other side.

Cover with honey and serve.
