Boil lentils in 3 cups of water until soft.

heat oil add mustard seeds,cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Then add curry leaves,and spices and fry a little.

Add the finely chopped up tomatoes. cook for about 5 minutes.

Add vegetables with the boiled lentils. give one boil and you ready to serve.
