Steps
Sequence Step
1In large sauce pan melt butter, add onion, celery, carrots. Saute for about 5 minutes.
3Bring to a boil then turn down to simmer for approx 30 minutes or until carrots and squash are tender.
4Add to blender or puree. Return to pot and simmer.
5Garnish with Parsley or Chives.
