Steps
Sequence Step
1Place four in large ziplock bag. Add beef, seal and shake to coat evenly.
2Brown beef in margarine in 6 quart Dutch Oven over low heat.
3Add water to beef, bring to boil.
4Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
5Add carrots, which have been peeled and sliced, to pan.
6Add potatoes, which have been peeled and cubed, to pan. Add dash salt and pepper.
7Cook over medium heat until carrots are almost tender, about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
8Add chopped green beans and cook until done, about 20 minutes more.
9Serve and enjoy.
