1Grease three muffin tins and preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, and spices in a large bowl.
3In a separate medium bowl, mix the agave nectar, pumpkin puree, eggs, applesauce, and oil.
4Add the wet ingredients to the dry and fold together quickly. Do not over-mix.
5Pour batter into the prepared muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes.
6Once out of the oven, let the muffins cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes.
