Sautee sliced leeks and chopped celeriac in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Add water, chopped potatoes and turnip root, nutritional yeast and bullion. Bring to a boil, lower heat, cover and simmer about 15 min, or potatoes are almost tender.

Add chopped turnip greens and bring to a boil again, cover and simmer an additional 5 min or till greens are tender.

Blend to desired consistency with immersion blender. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
