Mix the salt, cinnamon, stevia and baking powder in a small bowl and set aside.

In a big mixing bowl, mash the bananas.

Add the almond meal/flour and flaxseed meal and coconut oil, which will blend in the bananas.

Add the eggs one at a time, then the coconut milk and vanilla.

Once all the ingredients are well-mixed, allow the mixture to rest for 5-10 minutes.

Top each muffin with a little more cinnamon and some chopped pecans. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
