Sequence Step
1Put water into kitchenaid, add honey, gluten flour and 3 cups wheat flour. Mix, add yeast, mix on 2, add oil, salt and lemon juice, mix 5 minutes. Add remaining flour. Stop when it no longer sticks to sides of bowl. remove, let rise, make loaves for 8x4 inch loaf pans, let rise, bake 350 for 25 min.
