Steps
Sequence Step
1Heat a large pot on medium-high heat. Add the cubed chuck roast to the flour mix and coat well. Add the oil to the pot and then add the chuck roast, brown. Add the minced garlic and onions. Add all the seasonings, worchestershire, tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, stir and then simmer for half an hour. In a separate pan, saute the ground beef with chopped onions and then add to chili pot. Add the green bell pepper and cook until chuck roast is soft. Add the corn and cook through.
