Sequence Step
1Sprinkle yeast over lukewarm wter. Add honey. Let work while preparing rest of dough. Warm flour by placing in 250'' oven for 20 minutes. Combine molasses with 2/3 cup lukewarm water. Combine yeast misture with moslaases mixture. Stir this into warm flour. Add wheat germ and 1 and 1/3 cups lukewarm wter. Dough will be sticky. Oil 9x5x3 loaf pan. Grease corners well. Turn dough into pan. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds. Leave to rise to 1/3 more of its size. Preheat oven to 425'' (400''?) Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes, until crust is brown. Remove from oven, cool on rack 10 minutes. Loosen loaf, turn out and cool completely. Yield - 1 two pound loaf.
