1Whip butter and sugars together, then add eggs one at a time. Mix well. Add pumpkin, salt, baking powder and spices. Mix on medium, slowly mix in flour until blended. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop into prepared cupcake liners and bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees. Frost as you like!
