1In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, and whisk to “sift”
2Next, add in the remaining ingredients and mix to fully incorporate all the goods- don’t overmix, though
3Bake in a loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350, then remove, cover with foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. (Toothpick inserted in the middle should come out clean)
