1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Beat in milk, eggs, applesauce and vanilla extract. Stir in nuts or other dried fruit of your choice.
3Bake in pre-heated over for 40 minutes. Check after 30 - goal is to have it baked, but not dried out.
