• Cook ground beef and garlic in skillet.

• Drain.

• Add remaining ingredients except for tortillas and cheese

• Bring to a boil, and simmer 10-12 minutes until liquid is reduced.

• Spray a second skillet with cooking spray.

• Place one tortilla in skillet.

• Spread with ~1½ cups of the meat mixture and ~1/3 cup of cheddar cheese.

• Repeat this three more times.

• Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

• Cut into wedges and serve.
