combine almond milk, coconut oil and honey in saucepan, stir together until boiling, turn down heat and let simmer for one minute. pour hot mixture into a large bowl. add peanut butter and cocoa powder. stir in oats and coconut. mix in protein powder. drop by large spoonfuls onto prepared pan, sprinkle with coconut flakes, let chill in fridge for 1 hour. store in fridge or freezer.
