Steps
Sequence Step
1Mix carrots, honey, raisins, water, spices and butter in medium sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil for five minutes. Remove from heat cool about thirty minutes.
2In separate bowl mix flour and baking soda together. Create well in dry incredients.
3Mix cooled carrot/raisin liquid with dry ingredients.
4Mix in walnuts.
5Pour into well greased muffin tins.
6Bake in preheated 350 oven for 35-40 minutes.
