1heat olive oil, sautee garlic and onions, mix in and brown ground beef. mix in vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. add in beans, water, chicken stock and salt/pepper. heat on medium high for 20 minutes. add in pasta, cook for 6 minutes until pasta is al dente. top with a heaping of grated parmesan
