Mix Oats, All Bran, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and pecans in a large mixing bowl. Add cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Over medium-low heat, melt butter and add maple syrup, brown sugar and vanilla. Bring just to a boil. Add Syrup to dry ingredients. Spread mixture on a large baking pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
