Using a melon ball scoop, fill scoop evenly with dough, press almond into dough add more dough to bottom to close or Shape dough around candy pieces into 1-inch balls. Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes or until set. Remove from cookie sheet.

Place powdered sugar in large plastic food bag. Shake 3 or 4 cookies at a time in sugar. Cool completely. Return 3 or 4 cookies at a time to bag with powdered sugar. Shake to coat again with powdered sugar.
