1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2Cook water according to directions
3Brown turkey meat
4Remove and discard tops, seeds, and membranes of the bell peppers. Arrange peppers in a baking dish with hollowed sides facing upwards (slice the bottoms if necessary to they will stand upright)
5In a bowl, mix browned turkey meat, cooked rice, 1/2 can tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, plus salt and pepper to taste. Spoon equal amount of the mixture into each hollowed pepper. Mix remaing tomato sauce and italian seasoning ina bowl. Pour over stuffed peppers.
6Bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, basting with sauce every 15 minutes, until the peppers are tender
