Came up with this recipe by combining some different recipes I'd seen while trying to come up with a healthy menu to help me lose some extra weight.

kidney beans, organic

Chickpeas (use 1 can) drained & rinsed

Artichokes, jars or cans (Marinated)

kalamata olives, sliced

Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper in bowl. Stir until well blended.

Mix all remaining ingredents in large bowl. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.
