Recipe Description Came up with this recipe by combining some different recipes I'd seen while trying to come up with a healthy menu to help me lose some extra weight.

can (15 oz)black beans, canned, drained

can (15 oz)kidney beans, organic

cupChickpeas (use 1 can) drained & rinsed

cupArtichokes, jars or cans (Marinated)

tablespoonskalamata olives, sliced

ouncesfeta cheese, crumbled

cupolive oil, extra virgin

tablespoonslemon juice, bottled

tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar

teaspoongarlic minced

teaspoonsea salt (or table salt)

teaspoonblack pepper, ground
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt and pepper in bowl. Stir until well blended.
2Mix all remaining ingredents in large bowl. Add dressing and mix thoroughly.
