| 1 | Combine flour, salt and spices, set aside. | 2 | Place eggs, vegetable oil and applesauce in a large bowl and beat together. | 3 | Add orange rind, vanilla, oats, oat bran, flaxseed, almonds and sunflower seeds and stir until well combined. | 4 | Mix in flour, salt and spice blend, add cranberries and stir until well distributed. | 5 | Using 1/4 cup of cookie dough per cookie, place on prepared cookie sheet and press with a fork to form 3.5 inch cookies. | 6 | Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool on cookie sheet before removing. |
