Make glaze using items 1-3

saute items 4-7 then chill in fridge for 1 hour

mix ALL together in large bowl

put small lasagna pan in larger pan. add 1/2" boiling water to larger pan to create bain marie.

Cook at 375F until internal temp of 150F is reached (35-45 minutes in most ovens).

drain fat and let cool 30 minutes before slicing
