| 1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in pan and cook onion until soft. Add uncooked macaroni and stir to coat with butter. | 2 | Add 3 cups of cheese, all of milk and mustard (if liked). Stir to mix. | 3 | Sprinkle last cup of cheese over top. | 4 | Bake in 350 oven for 1 hour. Top will be golden brown and macaroni will absorb all the milk. Enjoy! |
