This is a simple homemade granola using oats, honey, vanilla, salt, almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds.

Grind almonds then mix all dry ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl.

Heat oil and honey in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla stirring well. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

Cook in 300 degree oven. Stir every 20 minutes. Should take about 2 hours. Pull out when light brown. Let cook then store in jars.
