Steps
Sequence Step
1Grind almonds then mix all dry ingredients in a large stainless steel bowl.
2Heat oil and honey in a small sauce pan. Remove from heat and add salt and vanilla stirring well. Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
3Cook in 300 degree oven. Stir every 20 minutes. Should take about 2 hours. Pull out when light brown. Let cook then store in jars.
