Steps
Sequence Step
1Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat and saute the onion and red pepper until light brown. Add garlic and saute 5 minutes. Cool mixture slightly. Combine cooled veggie mixture with turkey, pepper, egg whites, worcestershire, stock and oatmeal. Shape and place in a sprayed loaf pan. Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top. Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Cool for 15 - 20 before serving.
