Steps
Sequence Step
1Cut meat into 1 inch cubes and season with salt and pepper
3Brown meat in oil. In small batches if necessary.
4Remove meat and drain oil, leave enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan.
5Sweat onions until slightly brown, approx 10 minutes.
6Add paprika, salt, pepper, thyme, garlic and caraway seeds. Cook for about 1 min.
8Deglaze with 2T of Balsamic Vinegar and all the stock.
9Season to taste.
10Bring to simmer and place in 250 degree oven for about 1 to 2 hours or until meat is tender.
