Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Coat 9 X 13 pan with cooking spray.

Wisk milk and cornstarch in saucepan. Bring to boil. Wisking until bubbling and thickened enough to coat the back of a spoon.

Remove from heat and stir in cheddar, yogurt, onion salth and pepper.

Fold sauce into hashbrowns and gently combine. Spred evenly in prepared pan.

Sprinkle the top of the casserole with corn flakes. Using short bursts, coat the corn flakes with cooking spray and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.

Bake 1 hour or until bubbly and browned. Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
