In a mixing bowl, beat egg replacer for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture and mix well.

Pour into a 9 x 13 x2 inch baking pan coated with fat free nonstick cooking spray. bake at 350 degrees F for 18 to 22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
