slices rawbacon, chopped and cooked and drained of fat

dashblack pepper (best if freshly ground)

1Combine cheese, eggs, butter and cream in bowl. Set aside
2Chop bacon, cook slow until crisp. Drain and set aside.
3Boil pasta until al dente'' Drain and put back in the same hot pot.
4Quickly add the egg mixture and the bacon to the hot noodles. Stirring until blended. Salt to taste
