heavy cream

unsalted butter, melted and still warm

bacon, chopped and cooked and drained of fat

black pepper (best if freshly ground)

Combine cheese, eggs, butter and cream in bowl. Set aside

Chop bacon, cook slow until crisp. Drain and set aside.

Boil pasta until al dente'' Drain and put back in the same hot pot.

Quickly add the egg mixture and the bacon to the hot noodles. Stirring until blended. Salt to taste
