Boil chicken til done.

Drain and shred. Soak in half the enchilada sauce.

Chop Onion.

Spray 6x9 casserole with cooking spray.

Dip tortillas in other half of enchilada sauce until coated.

Line bottom of casserole dish with 3 soaked tortillas, half the chicken and about a third of the cheese.

Repeat for next layer.

Place remaining soaked tortillas and cheese on top.

Bake 30-45 minutes at 350F until cheese is bubbly and browning and the casseroled is heated all the way through.
