Sequence Step
1chop everything. cook garlic and onion for 3 minutes. Add veggies, cook 5 more minutes. add broth, bring to boil. Turn down and cover, simmer for 40 minutes. Puree the soup, add lemon, cumin, and cayenne. Voila!
