Recipe Description Last year we began experimenting with a lot of soups. This is one that I created & it's different every time. My daughter had TMJ and was unable to chew for nearly a year. Thank God her surgery was completely successful. But we still enjoy soup!

tablespoonsCornstarch, mixed into 1/2 c. water
Steps
Sequence Step
1Combine onions, celery, carrots and potatoes in pot or crock pot. Add water to cover. Add spices. Cook on medium heat on stove top or in crock pot on low for 8 hrs until tender. An hour before serving add sausage slices and cornstarch mixed with evaporated milk. May be topped with grated Monterrey Jack or Parmesan cheese.
