Once you start making your own salad dressing, you’ll never go back— you’ll see better results for less money. This salad features a berry vinaigrette and could easily become a meal with the addition of chicken, fish, or tofu and a side of crusty, whole-grain bread.
Blend or mash berries and strain seeds (or leave in for extra crunch). Whisk together with remaining vinaigrette ingredients.
