Sequence Step
1Saute chopped onions in a tablespoon of Olive oil. Add can of stewed tomatoes. Then frozen spinach. When spinach is heated through add remaining ingredients except ground round. Heat, and simmer if you have time. Add ground round just before serving so as not to over cook.
