Steps
Sequence Step
1Pre-cook the chicken breast or fry boneless chunks together in step 2
2In soup pot add olive oil, then crumble and brown sausage over medium heat until sausage is browned.
3Add onions and saute'' for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
4Cook the potatoes in the microwave until they begin to soften.
5Add salt, peppers, broth, chicken pieces, potatoes and parsley. Bring to boil and immediately turn down to simmer.
6Simmer for 10 minutes, add kale.
7Cover and simmer for an additional 10 minutes.
