Steps
Sequence Step
1heat milk till hot, add to salt sugar and oil. set aside to cool.
2heat water to warm, add sugar and yeast, set aside to let yeast dissolve.
3mix yeast with milk mixture.
4stir in flour and flax, stir thoroughly with wood spoon. cover and put in warm place for 30 minutes
5preheat griddle to 300 degrees F. Put 8 3 3/4 inch metal rings on griddle and cover with cooking spray.
6Beat in remaining salt in batter. measure 1/3 cup of batter and place in each ring. Cook for 5-6 minutes. Flip. cook for another 5-6 minutes until golden brown. remove to cooling rack. Enjoy
