Steps

1In a large bowl add oatmeal, brown sugar, walnuts, sunflower seeds, coconut, and wheat germ. Mix well
2measure olive oil, water, and honey together and mix and then add to dry ingredients. Mix well
3Place in 2 jelly roll pans - spread out to cover entire sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes then take out mix a little bit and then switch jelly roll pans (top to bottom and bottom to top) and bake another 15 minutes. Take out and immediately put into containers - (I use empty Quaker Oats containers).
